I love these lucite top compacts, the pictures don't do them justice. The colours are lovely and this compact is in pristine condition, it was never used. It still has the original KIGU puff and sifter. I think this is from the Karette 69 series by KIGU, note the little push lever on the bottom right hand corner, this opens the inner lid over the powder so that you don't break a fingernail opening it like in some other compacts. From the 1950s and it is around 6cm square.
