Rosi Carmette Rouge - Perfecta Toilet Co

Rosi Carmette sounds Italian to me but it was produced by the perfecta Toilet Company in suburban Melbourne.   This small tin is just under 2 inches and quite thin.   Probably dates from the 1950s.
