Evening in Paris sachet

I purchased this bottle from the internet. Sachet perfume is not very common here in Australia and to tell the truth I'm not exactly sure what you do with it. I remember Avon put out perfumes called "cream sachet" and you rubbed that on your skin but how you use this dry powder is unclear. But all that aside this is such a pretty bottle/jar with its floral frosted stopper and silver thread around the neck.
Evening in Paris Soap

A box with three cakes of gorgeous Evening in Paris soap - made in England.
Evening in Paris bakelite shoe

A great little shoe shown without its little bottle. Shoes seem to be a popular novelty container for perfume, E.I.P. also have a little clog and both Coty and the Australian company Simpsons marketed perfumes in a hight heeled shoe a little like this one.
Evening in Paris talc box and shaker

Two examples of E.I.P. talc - the left hand side is a paper box containing talc, how you get it in is a bit of a mystery as it is too narrow for a powder puff and it has no shaker so I assume you would fill a powder jar and apply with a puff. The second is a more traditional shaker.
Evening in Paris shell

A bakelite shell to hold a small perfume bottle. This also comes in a range of colours - white red and others as well although the colours other than white and blue seem to be rarer. It's nice to have this one in the original box as well.
