This is a really strange little item, it is like a little bottle with a totally sealed glass vial inside and inside the vial is this text.

There is no stopper or cork and no hook or chain to hang it on a chatelaine. I don't imagine a little glass bottle would be all that safe on a chatelaine so not sure what this is all about. A gift from my brother. A little over 3 inches long.
