Unfortunately this tiny bottle does not show up all that well in this photograph. It's just about 5cm tall and would have been sealed with a cork rather than a stopper. The gold label shows a lady smelling a flower which is a common theme for this type of label eg Houbigant's Ideal Perfume. The rear of the bottle has an octagonal gold label set into a cartouche giving the address as Karlsruhe Baden (Germany) and the sides of the bottle are embossed F Wolff and Sohn and Karlsruhe.
