Milk & green glass decanter

This is a quirky victorian era bottle. I think the glassmaker made a milk glass bottle and when he came to the stopper decided to add a bit of colour.  When he finished he thought it needs some green at the bottom, so added so green beads, then decided it would look good on a gilt base and added some gilt roses to the base as well.  It's got a bot of everything but I like it.   c.1890
